 Along with HRS we too have lunched our another network -  Society for Eastern Indian Studies (SEIS) at ning.com. This is a common interest forum for any scholar, who want to work on Eastern India,  a very intersting region of plurality and multipllicity, and complex identities of people and their history, ethnicity, cultures, languges and so on. For any researcher of social and human scienses, this culturally rich region of India, promises many new findings that can enrich our outlook and vision.

Historical Research Society (HRS)

This is a network of those interested in new perspectives in history and historical research, especially the social and cultural past of South Asian region. This is open for all students, research scholars and teacher of research institutes, colleges and university of India and abroad.

We are too interested in developing the historical research methodologies in all branches of social and human sciences. So, any one interested in research activities may join with us and share his/her ideas on history, society and culture; however, the popular sensitive forms of historical notion will be discouraged.
